Every project is as unique as you are, and so is it’s pricing.

I cannot list a schedule of prices with any confidence that what it will be accurate for your unique project. At your get- acquainted meeting, we will discuss your wants and needs, and I will tailor your project and it’s price specifically for you.

I bill out everything I do at the same amount... $50/hour.

Coaching Example: A 2-hour session will cost $100, plus my travel time if your location is farther than 15 miles from my studio or if I have to drive in rush-hour traffic. I will give you a feel for how much that will be before I come.

Design Project Example: A moderately busy Complete Design for a whole smaller residential lot might cost $1,400. That same lot with a Simple Design might cost $900; Conceptual Design — $1,200; Base Design — $800. A different small lot might cost less.... or more. It depends on what you want to do with your property and how difficult or complex that is for me to design.

You can expect that prices for 1/2 of a smaller residential lot are less than what you see in the previous paragraph (though perhaps not half of those amounts because for most projects, the set-up cost is the same). Your estimate will show price range of about $300 and your final bill will fall in that range.
