I believe learning should be a life-long activity. That it helps us keep our mental faculties active and healthy. That it can broaden our horizons by opening doors to worlds, topics, and points of view we'd otherwise not know.

I think getting smarter is a wonderful thing, and I try to learn something new every day. Hearing or reading... and being open to... other points of view can be informative and often enlightening. Just when you think you know it all, read something new, and learn!

In this section, I've assembled a listing of web and blog links. Some links are simply to places beautiful or simply entertaining. Others are what I use as I search for just the right plants to use in my designs. I've also created a recommended reading list.
